I don't have much to add, but looking over Creepin's post, I have to agree with everything. So you should be fine with a good i5, GPU upgrade (460 is getting old
), and a 64-bit OS is almost required these days. I'm surprised you've lasted this long on 32-bit! :lol
32-bit limits RAM to 4GBs and these days most people (myself included) like to have 8GBs.
As for Creepin's suggestion on my GPU upgrade: Thanks, I'll definitely look into those. Benchmarks, etc.
Although, I don't do 1080p gaming, as my main monitor's max resolution is 1440x900. I like it, am used to it, and don't care about 1080p just yet, so a lot of benchmarks are way off for me. I usually get at least 25% more than what most benchmarks say you should, so a good 670 would be good, I think. Even a 7950 would probably be good. Brb I'm going to go research this!
