I honestly can't say who does as I have not had to deal with any of them in my gaming lifetime. Which I guess is fortunate.

But I still would like to know what you had to deal with when it came to MS since you don't own an Xbox. Unless it was for the original console.

My reason for hating MS customer service isn't game relating. It has to do with a family computer I helped buy a while back, i wrote out an E-mail to them and they sent me the nicest Go-to-Hell e-mail I've ever received. :P

What was the issue and did it get fixed?

I honestly want to say none. Nintendo wouldn't fix my DS Lite with a faulty hinge even though the website clearly said it was one of the affected models that were subject to a free repair. Microsoft's customer support is tedious. I waited 45 minutes on the line just for them to tell me "sorry, go buy a new 360". Sony hung up on me when I asked about the "Disc Read Error" free repair.

I've found that Microsoft was very eager to help me with tech support when I was having trouble with my PC.

Nintendo is the best. They will treat you like royalty.

Worst? Sony, they do not give a crap about you!
