I just got Halo 2 last night. I wasnt planning on getting it, I got it as a gift. Im sorta getting used to it now, I like the dual weilding feature. I havent had the chance to do any driving yet, Im only on level 2. I think I might need to get Xbox Live soon. I would have Halo2, Wolfenstein and Unreal Championship. I noticed that there is a free 2 month trial for XBL in Halo 2. Has anyone tried it? Also What does everyone think of Halo 2. I know a lot of people were unhappy with the ending of the campaign mode. Im going to go play a little more of it.
 
i hardly ever play campaign.....just occasionally co-op mode with buddies........i played Halo 2 online all the time.....i thought it was great fun

the two-month trial thing is cool, i started my xbox live with it, i think i got it in counterstrike or nfl-fever....but you still have to enter a credit card number in so after the trial is over you have to start paying for it

Yeah, but there is no warning or anything. It will automatically start charging you. This is a security measure that worked remarkably badly.
 
Halo 2 online was amazing.

I say was cuz I used to play it all the time with my friends back in the day, but we haven't played for a long time. It's definitely worth the two month trial, and possibly even worth the $50 fee if you've got other games to play online too.
 
thanks for the info everyone. I dont really have many online games yet, but I might check out xbl. Halo 2 is pretty fun, the story is good so far....
 
I got Halo 2 finally, i picked up the "Halo Triple" pack from Best Buy, thanks to my belated birthday gift from my older brother :)
 
thats cool. Right now Im on the level with icon in the name.... Its super fun so far. Im thinking about getting XBL. I love how the AI can actually drive the warthogs. Thats so cool IMO.
 
lol thats what I hear. Im really wondering what is going to happen. Like I said Im on the level that has Icon in it.... Forget the name. Halo 2 is so much fun!
 
It is the most agonizing moment in video game history. It's like, you are waiting for the next level to load, and then the credits pop up. Biggest WTF moment ever man.
 
Im playing it...and I just had a "Wtf" moment....when I realized, I am the friggin' ALIEN! It's pretty neat twist by far....btw this is the first time I've played the game
 
so how do you like Halo2? youl like the vehicles except the part when your in one when it blows up. ::) Whats your favourite gun so far. mine is the Brute shot. so far ive had Halo2 since 20th of november last year so ive completed the game more than 30 times and it never gets boring. my personal collection of games: Area 51, King Kong, Midnight Club 3 Dub edition, Juiced, Halo, Halo2 limited edition, Doom 3 limited edition, Worms4 mayhem, Black hawk down Delta force, Medal of Honor Rising Sun, Medal of honor Europian Assault, grand theft auto 3 And my Prize posestion GRAND THEFT AUTO SAN ANDREAS THE ORIGINAL WHICH IS WORTH $250-$300 NOW THAT ISNT CHEAP :D Maybe talk to you later See ya
