Halo Wars

If you go to slurpee.com you can enter to somehow be in Halo Wars. I'm guessing it's a chance to be a voice actor but I'm not sure, since I haven't actually checked. :lol
 
AWSOME! I'm good at doing voices. :D It's just yet another one of the things I can somehow do well, yet have no idea why I can do it as well as I can.

And yes, 2008 IS the presumed release date for Halo Wars. Possible around the mid-year. But, who knows. They'll possibly try to release it when they beleive the market is at its best, and there isn't any tougher competition that may bring down some of their sales.

You heard wrong. First of all, it's an RTS, rather than a Thrid person shooter, like Battlefront, and second, you can only play on the human side.

That would actually be pretty freaking cool!!!

although thats what online multiplayer is for...although (Again) 16 + 16 is always cool.
 
Too bad Halo Wars isn't also set later on, because then you could have the Flood there!!!!! That would be awsome! But that may make it too hard. Think, you'd have to build your forces, send them into the feild to bring down the enemy, and at any moment the Flood could simply appaear with a swarm of parasites and strt taking over your troops! You;d need to get flame Thrower squads as soon as possible!

Then again, having the Flood to deal with would also make it much harder. :)
 
Ahh I thought that it was going to be like starwars battlefront whare you can play as the covant and the marines and for the hero you could be master chief or truth for the covant and the cars or the vehicals could be all the ones from halo

The game is pre-Master Chief. There's other Spartans, but none are John.

Plus, it's an RTS, you play everyone.

It actually takes place during the Ghost of Onyx storyline. The Spartans are from the Spartan-III Omega Squad.

I was almost sure the game took place before the Fall of Reach, so that would mean the game would either have Spartan II's or I's.
 
Spartan I's are the Spartans from ancient Greece which the project was based off of. They keep on talking about the Omega Squad which means Spartan III's, Spartan II's didnt have more than one name. And really there are so many better Spartan II's than John...
 
Excatly. There were (can't recall straight from the top of my head), around 70 Surviving Spartans after the augmentations were finished... howveer, John is presumed the last surviving Spartan of his group, that is if you only play the game. I think four others did survive after they landed at Reach and managed to fall back to the caves with Dr, Halsey.
 
There was like 6 but they died dont forget the one that trained the Spartan III's but he had to do something heroic for the rest of them(Don't wanna spoil Ghost of Oynx).
