How Do I Darken My Light Blue Color That Is Generated By The Mouse On Icons?

I can't believe I don't know this,but here it goes.You know how some things are a light shade of blue when your mouse pointer is directly on a specific icon.Is there any way to adjust the light blue to a darker shade of blue.The color I have now is a little on the light side.I can only see a very very light blue and can be hard to see.

Hey!

Just click on "Tools" up at the top. Then click on "Options" at the bottom of that drop down menu. At the top of that window click on the "Content" button. In there click the "Colors" button. The color you want to change is the unvisited links.
