I'm Still Having This Problem,Please Help!

Hi Guys!

I made a post quite a while ago with respect to my downloads not going to the specified folder.For example,I downloaded a file and it ended up as an icon.I tried to delete it,once again it said I couldn't do so because the file is active in another program.I checked the "Properties" of the file,and it shows the location of the file but still I can't find it.

Any help however little,would be much appreciated.Thank you for viewing.

Whenever you save a file, make sure you specify a certain folder. Put it to "My Documents" or any other folder, not to your desktop. That just clutters things.
