Dang. So much for singing songs about dashing through the snow and whatnot. The NFL is nicknamed "the Gridiron" here too. But it's commonly referred to as football. Because we took that name from soccer because nobody really likes soccer here.
Fall is fall. Except back East where some call it autumn. Out where I live it doesn't matter much. We have two seasons. "Too hot to go outside" and "Too cold to go outside."
But by all means, make GA your home. We need a few more nuts in the jar!! And we're not afraid to talk about the weird game systems. Like the ones on PAL format.  :D And Nintendo freaks are always welcome. As are Sony nuts. Don't look at the Xbox fans straight in the eye though. They're a bit skittish. And please,  PLEASE, don't call a truck a lory. Or is that the Brits?? I forget.

2. I dont play XBox, so i won't do that.

3. Christmas in Summer > Christmas in Winter. You wear less! You drink more! Etc!

also, just remember... the weekends are slower here. :)

During the week we seem to have a lot more traffic..etc

Yup. Sometimes I feel like the only one here...

Oh, and there's nothing wrong with PAL. Other than the fact that it doesn't work here. :lol
And can you send a Holden Maloo my way?? I hear they are stuffing it with the 6.0 Litre LS2. Me wants. :D
 
Nah, I don't have one. Sorry to dissapoint you.

This place is a lot better than the other forum i used to go to. There the atmosphere was a bit more tense. Here it's more friendly.

It's probably the meds. Or it's something in the water. Or we just feel that a hobby shouldn't cause heart attacks and strokes. Video games are meant to be fun, so there's no reason to be tightly wound. :D

Yeah the guys who run the site here are cool. They seem to take a "leader among equals" approach instead of trying to lord over the members. They're cool. :D
