Hm... dreamcast owner. X-box owner. Loves fighting games. Isn't it fun then that Soul Calibur 3 is PS2 exclusive? :D No, don't worry. You still have Dead of Alive. :lol Anyway, welcome to the forums!

Hi everyones. Name's Dart, and looks like I am the resident noob.
I am 26, and married with kidlets, and have been playing video games since I can remember. I've had everything from the Comodore 64, Atari 800, 2600 and I believe the 7800 (was six when my dad bought it for me). Currently I have a Sega Master System, Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, NES, N64, old school Game Boy, PS1 and a PS2.
I guess I am into games from all kinds of ganres, depending on the mood I am in. Currently I am playing FFX and Legend of Dragoon but sometimes I catch myself plugging away at Super Mario Bros 1 and 2.
So feel free to ask questions, as I am always doing the same!!

Alright, Dart boy, here's a few questions:

*What was the C64's brother called, and why?
* How many Amiga's was there?
* How many PC OS's do you know of, and how many have you used?
* Why was Test Drive so popular? (or more precise, what did it have that no other games had back then?)
* How many versions of Street Fighter II do you know of?
* What is the biggest difference between the japanese and US versions of Star Ocean: Til the End of Time?

Or in other words, welcome! :D

*What was the C64's brother called, and why?
(it's called C128 and had twice the memory)

* How many Amiga's was there?
(too many. Amiga 500, 600, 1200, 3000 (I think) and most likely 4000)

* How many PC OS's do you know of, and how many have you used?
(again, too many. MS-DOS 1-7, DR DOS, OS/2, Windows 3.0, Win95 - 2000, Win 98SE, Win ME, Win XP (in three different versions), Win NT, Linux etc etc etc)

* Why was Test Drive so popular? (or more precise, what did it have that no other games had back then?)
(it was the first car game with oncoming traffic)

* How many versions of Street Fighter II do you know of?
(Normal, Champions, Super, Turbo, Super Turbo - in arcade, SNES and probably GameBoy versions.)

* What is the biggest difference between the japanese and US versions of Star Ocean: Til the End of Time?
(the japanese version wasn't playable with all those bugs. The US version corrected this and added more levels and characters.)

Hi. I'm new!

My name is press.  I hope to find some new friends here and not too many enemies!  My hobbies include gaming and... well... that's about it!

So, do you have room for one more person? :p

Re: Hi. I'm new!
