I'm debating weather I should get a PS3 or not. I currently own a Wii... some of the games for PS3 look freaking amazing. I'm really looking forward to MGS4 and FF13. THere are also a bunch of other ones that look tight... but I'm not sure... what do you guys think?

Definitely worth every dollar spent. All the things it does straight out of the box is simply incredible for only $500. If you want everything the PS3 has on a 360, you're looking at spending $790.
I just finished Ratchet and Clank Future and Heavenly Sword. Both were fantastic games!

The PS3 is definitely worth buying, if you have the money, but if you have a choice, I would get a 360. There's a lot more good games out there for it right now(albeit, many of the good ones are shooters), and, if you are worried about price, it is cheaper.

I voted 'no.' It's a very cool console, and a very cool looking console as well. It has sweet features, great graphics. But the only major thing have against it is lack of decent games. I mean, sure, it has decent games, but they are mostly available on the Xbox 360 for a lower price.
PS3 has really all the good games that the 360 does besides the exclusives but the same can be said for 360. But what the 360 doesnt do is give u as many extras that come with the games that Sony has been doing a great job with.

If u buy the boxed Warhawk game for $60 instead of getting the digital download from PSN for $40 u get a Logitech Bluetooth headset. and thats a way better deal then a doll or art book. Look at Eye of Judgement for another example, u get the game, the new eye toy, and a deck of cards for the game for $70. And also for games that aren't exclusives like Rainbow Six and such u get the stuff from the Xbox version plus extra stuff on the disc already instead of paying for it on XBL.

As for the Eye of Judgement really why would u do that u take the complete fun out of the game, half the fun of the game is getting the cards and saying the Eye of Judgement is garbage itself is LAME. Let's just drop this now. I don't really care to know which console any of you favor more, because it always ends up in a fanboyfest. Xbox 360 has awesome things about it, and so does Playstation 3.

Well, if you're wondering what you should buy, it may just come down to which genres of games you like best. It all comes down to games now...and to tell you the truth...the PS3 has just as many great exclusives as the 360 right now. Not exclusives, I'm talking about GREAT exclusives. I'd buy the PS3 if I had the money, and get Heavenly Sword and Folklore. And Little Big Planet once that comes out.
I already have a 360, though, so that makes a difference. I would buy a 360 before a PS3 if I didn't already have the 360.
