When I used to take caffeine pills I started with about 5-6 pills to give me a decent boost of "Chemical Energy",not natural.There is a huge difference.After about a year or so of abusing caffeine pills I woke up in the ER with my hands and the whites of my eyes tinged yellow,coming to realize only then that I had about 4000 Mg of "Alkaloid Caffeine"-(Caffeine Pills) in my system,my liver couldn't handle it and I came very close to death because of caffeine poisoning among other reasons from the other chemicals in those horrid pills as well.
Wake up people!The body can only endure so much abuse.
