Kindom Hearts 1 and 2 for Playstation 2

I am sure everyone here has talked about this game here before but I wasn't going to search through 13 pages to find the topic and decided to start another one. Both games have their pros and cons and I would like to hear what you guys thought. Maybe even comparing the two together.

Kingdom hearts II--- Ithought the very beginning of the game was very long and drawn out. The whole "let's raise thousands of munny by ourselves" and "be Roxas for 10 hours of play time and everything."

Kingdom hearts II --- This game was waaaaaay easier than the first one. At least you knew where to go and waht to do though. Kingdom hearts I you just had to guess all the time.

Kingdom hearts II ----Nicer clothes, they aren't so gay looking. Plus you have wisdom valor and master forms.

Kingdom hearts I--- the dreaded gummi ships!!!!!! Most evryone hated this part of the game, and square enix fixed the problems with it on the second game. It is more challenging and more action.

Kingdom hearts I--- had the unique trinity option. The second one ditched that idea and replaced it with special character weapons.

Kingdom hearts II---- Rated    E+10???????????  Mild blodd and use of alcohol. Barbosa had a swig of his alcohol but I am not sure where there was any blood?

These are just a few things I have noticed about the two games which are honestly my two most favorite. How close alike are these to final fantasy? I have never played any FF games.

Re: Kingdom Hearts I and II (the best games in the world.)

Not close at all, but Final Fantasy X is my favorite game and Kingdom Hearts 2 is somewhere in the top 10 or maybe 5

and dude everyone needs to try Final Fantasy at least once, go pick up FFX its probably like $10 - if its not your cup of tea then o well

Re: Kingdom Hearts I and II (the best games in the world.)

Most people I have talked to say that Final Fantasy is there favorite games but I never got to try even one of ....who knows how many final fantasies there are. Aren't there like ten or eleven now? Isn't there a lot of killing and stuff? I don't like those kind of games.

Re: Kingdom Hearts I and II (the best games in the world.)

Final Fantasy, Kinhgdom hearts wouldn't exisat without them. Though KH I and KH II aren't the best games in the world, they come pretty close.

Re: Kingdom Hearts I and II (the best games in the world.)

OKAY, OKAY. Kingdom Hearts is probably not the best game in the world to everyone, that's just my opinion. I haven't played toooo many games for the PS2 but I plan to expand my library soon.

Re: Kingdom Hearts I and II (the best games in the world.)

If you want to start playing Final Fantasy, then ten is where you should start. IT's not too hard, and the story is pretty good. IF story is a big thing to you, and you don't care that much about graphics; then find Final Fantasy 7 and 8. I found both at a videogame store for only ten bucks each. Also, have you fought Sephiroth in KH2 yet? I get him down to the last two life bars, but he always gets me!! He's harder than the final boss in the game. great game though...prob in my top ten.

Re: Kingdom Hearts I and II (the best games in the world.)

I heard there is a KH movie in the works....that would SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!! :hh

That would rule just for the Final Fantasy cameos.

Yeah, but then you have to watch 2 hours worth of a CG goofy and Donald, with some weird looking little kid dressed as Sora give poor acting....
Yes, I beleive ALL child actors cannot act-except Haley Joel Osment in the Sixth Sense. But all other child stars are terrible

Re: Kingdom Hearts I and II (the best games in the world.)

Well guys, Kingdom Hearts II had better be good. Because I just bought it today along with the big fat nasty Bradygames guide all for a whopping $15.

My soon-to-be brother-in-law sold it to me because he said that he has beaten this game at just about every angle, and said it was awesome. But we'll see... :D

You'll like it....unless you're against cute, little Disney characters combined with Final Fantasy characters.... :?

I couldn't care what the characters looked like. I only care if the storyline and gameplay was good.

Although I did find it odd that Auron was on this game. Does he play like in FFX?

Re: Kingdom Hearts I and II (the best games in the world.)

he's awesome - you only use him for like 10 minutes though - but he is probably the best suppost character of them all

WHAT???? Auron is in your party for at least half of the game!! Maybe you didn't get that far, but he is with Tidus and the party for a while in that game.

Re: Kingdom Hearts I and II (the best games in the world.)

Crap-I forgot what the topic was!! :hh I was thinking of FFX. Tidus is in Kingdom Hearts as the little kid on the island you start out on......

Re: Kingdom Hearts I and II (the best games in the world.)

I was poking around the mall today while my wife was buying some clothes for the kids, and I wondered into the same EB games that I bought my PS2 from. The jerk of a salesman was long gone, and the place was packed. Well, I didn't buy anything simply because there were too many people inside this sardine can sized shop, and I had to bail.

Well, as I was walking out, I saw KH2 in their used section with a $45 price tag on it. Am I the only one who thinks that this is insane?? What is so special about it?? No, I haven't played it yet because my copy is packed away with all of my other games and whatnot.

Re: Kingdom Hearts I and II (the best games in the world.)

if a game is $50 used they usually sell the used ones for $45. I see that all the time
