If they banned this game though, they would take away from the creativity of any Video Game publisher and creator. I personally could care less for the game, but there's far worse games out there as well.
 
Far worse? I don't think so. Maybe worse, on par, or kinda worse. But far worse than Hot Coffee Mod?

Wow, a mod some geek made. You can make mods for any game.

Worse? Oh yes. GTA is highly unrealistic. I don't remember the last time I yelled out "R1, R2, L1, L2, SQUARE, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, X!" and guns fell in my pockets.

Manhunt is a far worse game.
 
But look at what you do in GTA. Coke deals, hookers, kill people for no reason, shoot police, run over police/people, coke deals again, it goes on. Manhunt could be gorier(maybe, never played), but not worse.

It's worse. kirby presents a good point. GTA's just a free-for-all. You can kill people in almost ANY shooting game. What makes this one different? If it's that you can kill for no reason, pick up a shooting game and see if you can do the same. You can.

This game is made for mature audiences, not people who take the game too seriously.
 
FHQ, do not get me wrong. I absolutely hate GTA. But some people like it. That is their opinion, and I respect it.

All I meant with my statement is that the GTA series does a little bit of everything. It's not meant to be JUST sexually explicit, or JUST a profane game. It was made with a mixture of a bunch of sickening elements; and, as a mixture is, it's not as potent as a game that is concentrated on a single aspect.

Example: GTA has sexual elements, but it's not nearly as extreme as a game like Sexy Beach 2 is.

Well, it seems that critics of mature or AO games are a little late. There have been games with "questionable" content in them for years. And no matter what polititians or some cracked pot shrink with a TV show thinks, as long as there's a demand, there will be a supply.

Now, how can games like Manhunt or GTA stay out of the wrong hands? Parents. With parents, we don't have the bigger problem of uneducated and politically charged rhetoric. And we most definately will not have the threats of censurship in an industry that has spawned some great ideas and created some great technology.

Videogame cause mild violence and blood clots to me...cept for the blood clots and mild violence...wait...it causes massive violence to people that are screwed up in the mind...except for me...sometimes
