Story:
Terrorist have captured the entire city and destroyed all of the exits so no one can get it nor out. A deadly virus is then released into the air for everyone to inhale. In order to escape the city, the civilians must kill all the others to be the last one standing or steal a antidote from someone to cure the virus. But they must hurry before the 24 hours or else they die. Jack Cayman, also known as "just Jack", is a renegade contestant in the worlds deadliest game show, DeathWatch. His objective is unknown for the moment but he is willing to kill to reach his goal. A player sponsor that goes by the name Agent 13, or "13" for short, will help Jack and act as a guide through out the levels. 13 will also provide weapons if Jack earns enough points.
The story gets more deeper and theres alot of major twist. I dont want to give anything away so I'll let you play the game. I will, however, tell you that the story will make you not skip any cut scenes.

Graphics:
If you loved Sin City and The Spirit, then you will love how this game looks. You may think its dificult to see everything since its black and white, but once you start seeing the cut scenes and start playing it, you wont get confused. The only colors you see in this game are Black, White, Red and yellow. Yellow is only seen when effects appear like BOOOMMM or POOOOWWW!!!! Everything matches correctly, they really did a good job of adding darkness, shadows, and shades in the right places. Now heres my favorite part: the blood. You can not imagine how much blood is there in this game. When sawing a man in half, blood squirts on the screen. When tossing a man in a grinder, more blood appears on the screen. Do I continue? During the cut scenes, they use comic book-like panels which I think was a briliant idea since this game feels like an old TV crime show, with no color. Im impressed on how their hard work on creating images and animation in black and white turned out.
*This shows the beginning cut scenes of the game.
If you want to wait and see them when you first play the game,
I reccomend you dont watch this.*

Gameplay:
I really dont know where to start first. Everything was soo much fun. I'll start with the controls. A button is to punch. Hold down the B button while swinging the Wiimote vertical or horizontaly will unleash your chainsaw attacks. Left and right on the D-pad will take out your weapons while the Up direction is to pick up iteams and the Down direction is to taunt. Z is to jump. The C button is to lock on if you hold on to it and will center the camera if you press on it once.
Let me get this out of the way....You dont control the camera, it does it for you. You can only center it but its really hard to see all the enemies around you all at once. Jack can be punching and sawing wildly but in the wrong direction, it gets kinda annoying but learn to center the camera at the right times and you will be just fine.
Locking on is my other Con. Like everyone says, you need to hold on to the C button until a lock icon appears above their head. Its about a 2 second wait so try making your enemy hold on. Its really dificult to lock on a single enemy when theres a crowd around him. I usually dont lock on, only in the boss fights.
There are 5 Stages all together. Each stage has 3 levels. 2 of those levels are normal fighting missions with a boss at the end and 1 level has the MAIN BOSS. The rules are simple: kill to earn points. Use those points to earn weapons and to proceed further. Try adding combos to a victum by jamming a sign post in their head and adding a barrel to stuff them in. My favorite combo that I did was that I jammed a guy with 2 sign posts, put a tire on him, put a barrel on him, and trew him on a rose bush (walls that have those spikes coming out). Dont forget that the environment is also a weapon. You have to ussually trow them on to it for it to activate, or punch them really hard in that direction.
The motocycle levels are the best. You ride in a one track stage and have to get rid of all the other cars trying to kill you. You use your trusty chainsaw or just grab them and launch them out of their cars. I would liked it if they added more motocycle levels but oh well....
Bloodbatch Challenges, or minigames as I like to call them, are funny and fun. Theres always one in every level. You get a cut scene of how the game is played by my favorite character; The Black Baron. Man, hes soo funny. He swears like a *********** everytime he talks. Too bad he gets killed everytime by his very sexy assistant in every minigame.
*Has my favorite character, multiplayer, and some minigames*

Multiplayer is only for the minigames, not the story mode. Co-op could have been cool but then again It wouldnt be all that great. Maybe adding some tag team kills....hmmm. Anyways, you only get to play the minigames and thats not bad. Its pretty funny when you steal your friend's kills right when they attack. There are alot of minigames so you and your friend wont get bored easily.
Special Moves.....wow....just....WOW. I've seen horrible ways to get killed allready but this just added more to my list. Using your chainsaw is the most brutal. Cutting them in half or ripping out their heart or breaking their spine to the Max; Its soo cool. I laughed many times when I performed the kills, I'm a bad person I know lol. When your in a "power struggle" or performing a special move, you will have to follow the on screen commands with your Wiimote and/or the nunchuck. It never gets tiring or annoying so Im glad that doesn't happen.
This review took me a while to write since I wanted to try out Hard mode. Let me tell you that its called hard for a reason....ITS HARD!!!! You start out a level with no lives, meaning if you die, its over. The good news is that you can earn more lives when you earn enough points. Also once you beat the game, you can now use the Katana or the Double Chainsaw. You dont get them when you start so try looking for them in the level, they last quite a long time. One more thing, watch your healt bar when fighting Bosses. They take out alot of damage and if you lose, you must start the WHOLE LEVEL ALL OVER AGAIN. Make sure you learn technices and stratagies when facing the bosses, I mean you fought them before, its really not that hard to beat them again....or is it?

Sound:
Another thing that brought the game together. Hearing all those bones break and the blood spladder just makes you want to hear it again and again. The sound effects are well put. Now the sport anchors are the ones that sell it. Greg Proops and John Dimaggio are ******* hilarious. You sometimes just stop the game just to hear them rant about how Jack is doing or how the people die. Knowing Greg Proops from "Whose Line is it Anyways?" and now doing this just made me love the game. The voice acting was perfect, there talking doesnt interfear with your gaming.
The music, I was KINDA dissapointed. I pictured there will be more rock or metal when I cut someone in half but instead I get rap......but wait, not the bad kind. Im surprised how the music went really well with the game. The music never gets annoying, sometimes you dont notice it since it keeps playing over and over. I might download some tracks now.

Overall:
The game looks artistic, its really fun to play, maybe not that much replay value, will guarantee that you will laugh, and great music. My only problem is the camera and locking on. Maybe if they add more motocycle levels and try having some Online Deathmatch included....but it really doesnt matter at all.
My Grade/ Score:
This is a must have Wii game to everyone. I'll give it a:
A+
9.5/10
