Well since there isn't an actual thread for the biggest game of the summer I think it's about time we got one up.

I seriously can't stop thinking about this game. The theatrical trailer makes me all giddy. I want the MGS4 iPod and those shirts!!!!!

It comes out June 12, 2008. I will kill babies just to get my hands on this game. We can all discuss now about the single greatest title of the summer.
 
This game will overload the internet itself with multiplayer. GTA4 has had a killer week online. COD4 has been dominating online for most of this year.

When the Beta hit for MGS4, it crashed the servers within minutes. When this game finally hits online, the internet itself will either crash or just portions of it. This game will be huge.
 
The Metal Gear MK. 2 that you can control in the game is really cool. It has no weapons, but can stun the enemy with an electrical shock. Also, when Snake's controlling the MK. 2, he pulls out a PS3 controller and uses it. I thought that was pretty nifty. :D

well if you can plan a trip to london over the summer that can be you...sadly i have no money to go to london right now (i became a new MGS fanboy)

On the PS Network, there's an exclusive game play video of MGS4 with Hideo talking about everything that's new and unique. Are you going to have a PS3 in time for MGS4??
 
Is it the same one that was released a couple months back? As for the latter question, probably not. I am going to have to keep my internet time down once it hits so I won't be spoiled before I play it.
 
Mmm...actually I don't know. :lol

Just showed all the ways you can sneak around with the octo-camo (or whatever it's called)...and using the little Metal Gear and basically most of the first level?
