Moving To Mozilla

Hi All,

Earlier I downloaded "Firefox 3" as my default search engine.What I don't know is:Do I just enter the same info I did when I joined this forum like username and password,etc.What's the process?
 
To sign into the forums would be exactly the same. There are a few differences between Firefox and IE. Just a word of warning, version 3 is in Beta.

Thank you for taking the time to help Polygon.What is "Beta",you gave me a warning,is there some things about "Beta" I should know?
 
Beta simply means that it is in a testing phase so you might run into issues like it crashing. If you want the latest full, and stable, release then you want to download 2.0.15. However, you shouldn't worry too much about it. It won't damage anything, just might cause some inconvenience once in awhile.
 
Actually, Firefox 3 has officially been released now. It came out a few weeks ago so you should be fine with that version.
 
I mean you could do that, or you could just import all of your bookmarks and settings from IE to Firefox, if you wanted to save any hassle.
