We don't know if they'd change their policies and ship the systems back faster, and you said yes we do. I mean I guess....if that's the point you were going for. But we don't really know for sure. Microsoft is already losing money for fixing the 360's for free.

And if there was less phailure rate with the console then they wouldn't be doing it for free (after the 90 day warrenty)

I called microsoft, and the automated voice said "hey, it looks like you have an open repair order. your repair order has been comepleted and shipped. please wait for roughly 5 business days to recieve your console."
