Neo Geo Battle Coliseum for PS2

This little game finally came to America. Sadly, my close friend, informs me that GameStop has pushed the release date until Dec 18th. My store got it 2 days ago...

Well to describe this, is like a tag team fighter featuring all fimilar and unknown SNK characters ranging from games such as:

Samurai Shodown
Last Blade
Metal Slug
King of the Monsters
World Heroes
King of Fighters
Fatal Fury
Art of Fighting
Aggresors of Dark Kombat
Savage Reign/Kizuna Encounter
Athena
Garou: Mark of the Wolves

Plus a few brand new characters exclusive to this game as well, namely those who appear in the recent DS game "SNK Vs. Capcom Card Fighters DS"

Together, you have your traditional 2D Fighter at it's best, but with such variety and unusual characters gives this game about 40 playable characters and 6 hidden ones. One thing I really love, is the "DOUBLE ASSAULT MOVE" where you and your tag team partner perform a speciality attack that looks impressive, however, you have to be sure to have the proper matching character. For example, Terry Bogard must be with Rock Howard in order to pull it off.

Making his first appearence in a fighting game, is the infamous MARCO from Metal Slug, which I have to say, they did a most amazing job with his attacks.

Overall, try to find this game, it's cheap and very sweet. Ranging from $15 to $20 brand new.

I picked it up and think it is a blast.
