New old problem.

Why the heck did my font shrink again?? I fixed it once on my old computer when it happened, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix this stupid problem again with Windows XP. The font size i roughly one millimeter high.
 
The font. But the screen is also affected. I had this problem once. I just can't figure out why it would suddenly shrink. Sorry about any typos. It's kinda hard to see...
 
Resolution?? Screen rez?? Well, my tool bar is flippin' crazy huge because I adjusted that thinking that it was Windows font size. The icons on the top for my MSN is normal sized. The side bar is the same size. The page is normal sized as far as overall layout. But the font size on everything is small. I can't even read the user info on the top left of this page.
