Nintendo and Lawsuits

Nintendo's very good at warning people of safety hazards when using their games, systems, and accessories. We always read about new lawsuits being filed against Nintendo that go nowhere because of these warnings. I'm curious. Has anyone ever won a lawsuit against Nintendo?

I'd post this in a General Nintendo Forum if we had it, but this doesn't only apply to the Wii.
 
Only lawsuits I've heard or seen, is the recent Wii Remote lawsuits for patent infringement. Which is downright silly. Other than that, nope.
 
If they can beat down the King King/Donkey Kong one, I think they know what they're doing.

I know, but if you can't win that case, odds are most cases will be won by Nintendo.
