Aww man I was hoping I'd get to play as the dude from Space Harrier. I'll probably still pick this up but for sega nostalgia I'll stick to segagaga

It comes with a hardcover art book, packaged along with the game inside a "premium"-sized box.

One of those "other retailers" is NIS itself; pre-orders of Neptunia's "Premium Edition" from NIS America's online store (for $59.99) will include an exclusive deck of Neptunia playing cards, which you're pretty much guaranteed to be too paralyzed by shame to break out during the weekly bridge game.
 
I love how NIS has made a commitment to absolutely absurd games. Always a sense of humor, often outrageous stories... and now they have a fan base that makes sure none of their titles flies under the radar.
