Oblivion. Superior game all around (not that ToS isn't, but Oblivion blew me away)

Tales has a better story, but there's just so much to do in Oblivion.

ToS introduced me into the Tales series and is a very special game to me (because it was probably the first RPG I actually wanted to do everything in) and I've never played Oblivion so....
