We also have lives outside of games.. I'd rather spend my last few days with living people who might care that I was dying instead of playing with virtual intelligence that wouldn't give a rat's hat about the fact that I would soon be gone. :/

As much as i love games i wouldn't be playing games if i only had a week to live i would be living it up with the people i care about.

I got it Kaz :) And I think you are more asking, if you HAD to play one game before you die what would it be. For me it would be Ocarina of Time {big surprise huh?}. Mainly because it the most nostalgic game for me and it reminds of some of the best times in my life {not just the gaming, but everything from that period of time was good}.

That's the same way with music.I hear an old tune and it brings me back in time with memories from that time.
