Eastland GameStop? If that's the one I think it is, I used to work at a GameStop just down the street from there. :lol

I'm picking up my copy at midnight. I already have energy drinks ready to go to keep me up tonight. :D

I don't get to play this until Saturday but I get to play it all day with friends. It's gonna be awesome! I'm so excited. :D

i got my game and console last night at 12:22 i arrived late to the gamestop by my house . funny thing is i was the first reach customer . lol .
the store was empty.



Here is a picture of my console still in its beautiful box. until i go buy the data transfer cable..

I went with my friend to pick up his copy last night. From what we've played so far, I'd give it an 8 out of 10. Definitely the best Halo, IMO.

Yeah, Roswell isn't that far from me. It sounds like they had an awesome time. But I don't mind missing something like that. I just wanted to get the game and go, and that's pretty much how it went at the GameStop I got mine at. We got there about 11:30 and waited to midnight, and then I got my copy not too long after.

The best out of all the Halos. There were some key things that I did get kinda disappointed about but, that's only because I read the series of books. If you haven't read the books before or you have and really didn't pay much attention to the stuff in the books, it's not going to bother you.

Also the way they finish the game was a very cool way to end it.

They combine so many elements of past Halo games with games like Call of Duty. You also get a feel of being in an actual squad, something I feel has been missing from all the Halo games. To sum it up, it's Halo Combat Evolved on Crack. Really epic crack.

That's really good to hear. I've only ever been interested in Halo for the campaign, and after the first game the campaign mode kinda fell off.

I just finished campaign and all I have to say it was one heck of a ride. I didn't expect the game to be like this and really threw some curve balls for sure. I agree with Frodus, the ending was pretty sweet.

In multiplayer I was very pleased with the return of Halo 1's "SWAT" map.
