No its saying that Valve. The gaming development company, has their own time scale. Which means that if they say something is coming out at this time. Expect it like 1 to 10 years down the road.

I should have one that can run it fine when it comes out. Even for the open beta.
Getting it in 2-3 months.
 
Awesome! Most of the E3 clips are PC captures. So that's my platform of choice now. I'll have it on 360 too, but man, it looks soooooooo goooooood!!!
