I've watched their HD trailer, and I wasn't too impressed. I thought Halo 2 wasn't that great of a game, and I expect Halo 3 to continue along the downward spiral from the original.

um... honestly.... I didn't really like Halo 1 either.

Everyone claimed how great it was... I got it on pc and became bored very fast.... just like I did with Quake 4. I am a Quake fan as well :(

*EDIT* Watched the trailer. It looks amazing! And it looks like the ole Assault Rifle is back in it too.

At first I was amazed it looked nothing like a Halo game setting. I wouild have liked to see the Arbriter as well.

Come to think of it the trailer really sucked like hell. Master Chief didn't do anything. He didn't shoot. They could have made him at least say a witty comment, something like "I'm starting to wish I had my Rocket Launcher."

The trailer looks awesome, and I will probably rake up the money for a 360 just for this game.

I always believed that they were doing Halo 3, maybe that's becasue I never understood what people were talking about when they were saying stuff about some "Forerunner" junk.

Bungie acted like it was some big surprise... but I think if Bungie really thought they could fool anyone into thinking Halo 3 didn't exist, they must be smoking some good stuff. I mean, really. Who didn't see Halo 3 coming?

I downloaded the trailor on my 360 last night, it looked like the same stuff just with a graphic update. But hey, if one game was your strongest selling point I don't think I'd do any radical changes either. Absolutely no game play was shown so who knows, it may be a lot different.

All I can really say is I'll be waiting in line the night that games comes out......... oh 2007 you seem so far away.......

By the time this game comes out, my already-better-than-360 computer will be even more improved and PC games will still remain less expensive and far superior to their Xbox 360 counterparts.

Last I remember you only have to buy the 360 once while a PC has to be upgraded. Which will eventually cost you more money. Do you think that your computer will handle all the new Windows Vista games? If so then by all means continue to gloat. If not then I don't see how you can say such a thing.
