Well I have seen some of the previews for the Twlight movies and how do I put this I would rather have my shoulder dislocated again then sit through ten minutes of that tween garbage.
Now Underworld there was good vampire vs. werewolf movie.

You want a good vampire movie/book? Interview With the Vampire. Anne Rice did it right, and the movie was actually done very well.

For something a little lighter, I actually think the Sookie Stackhouse novels are pretty good. They made a show, True Blood, based on them, but the show doesn't quite follow the books (of course). It's good on its own merits, though.

We should rename this the Twilight bashing thread...

Because, really, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Underworld, Blade, the Van Helsing anime, even the Van Helsing movie, Vampire Hunter D, anything Castlevania, From Dusk 'til Dawn, and from what I've heard, True Blood, all have more entertainment value than the Twilight series.

I liked that African-American guy.The way he put his fist right through the guy was awesome.The ending where the camera revealed that huge part of the temple in back was deadly.
