:lol

Im sorry including that game in with that is just too funny

seriously, the story was good but the gameplay is annoying

I'm pretty sure the crappy gameplay would outweigh the good story.

That's exactly how Final Fantasy X-2 was to me... Great story...Totally NOT my ideal gameplay though.

some people think the other way around though.....

I enjoyed X-2 a lot... the girl only thing is what turns people away but I loved the job system and everything

exactly my point, how can the people say this is not a final fantasy game when this is in fact more one of those old final fantasy games than FFX itself

I didn't like the battle system in FFX-2 because it was too fast for menus. Like I would be battling and I'd be going through the menu to select an action, and by the time I'd find what I wanted, the battle would already be over.

ATB system, usual final fantasy job system (with some extras)

Final Fantasy III (US) or Final Fantasy VI Advance had little difference between characters... All could learn the same spells and build stats with espers.

In FFX, until you unlock the locks on the grids, the characters were pretty well differentiated as a white mage/summoner (Yuna), a thief (rikku), black mage (lulu), fighter (wakka), gray mage/fighter (tidus), and strong fighter/barbarian (auron)...

So, again, how is it less of a final fantasy game?

i said FFX-2 it's more, not that X was less than usual,

also remember that final fantasy V, VII, VIII, XII have the same liberty of everyone getting whatever job you want (however is not a good move to make everyone the same)

That would be the worst mistake in any game to make the characters the same.

not exactly, in FFIII if you train your characters with the black belt job they will obtain more max HP however in boss battle you'll get your @$$ kicked
but yeah i'm playing it and it's really fast pased even for a final fantasy game, but its a good game even though people hate it for weird reasons

yeah i know but its a hard RPG that's what you expect for a real hardcore RPG (except the part of the boredom) i usually listen to music or watch tv while i'm grinding it makes it less annoying....

...and none of you guys like ffxii? I spend about 7 hours a day on that freaking game.
