PC Keyboards and Mice

As posted in tech support: http://www.egameaddiction.com/forums/index.php?topic=2043.new#new my trusty Logitech keyboard is losing functionality.

I know that BV had mentioned to me that gaming keyboards tend to have faster response times. Some newer 2.4 gHz wireless keyboards boast response that rivals wired ones though.

I am quite partial to Logitech keyboards.

I have considered the Wave or a split ergonomic keyboard, but am not completely sold.

Anyone have suggestions for a keyboard? I currently am going back & forth between keeping one of these two:

Logitech Comfort Wave

Or the wireless 320

Anyone have comments, opinions, suggestions?

I own the Wave right now and I like it because the grooves in the keyboard allow you to know where your fingers are at. I've had more fun playing with this keyboard than a conventional one. But it's not a gaming keyboard so you might not like the button feedback. I haven't noticed any lag either and my receiver is pretty hidden. It's behind a table, the PC itself and monitors. Yet still responsive.

With that said, it's not as good as gaming keyboard depending on your button preferences but way better than a standard USB keyboard.

This is actually the Comfort Wave 450; it's a stripped down, business grade version of the Wave. Next to it is my trusty Logitech G5, behind it is a Samsung 1400x900 LCD monitor, and below is my Dell Vostro 200 mini tower. I've gotta admit, mini towers are so much easier to move for LAN parties!

Currently have a Logitech G15 keyboard with a Copperhead RAZER. Love them both, but the Copperhead has seen the end of it's lifespan with me, left click is broken. Thinking of upgrading to a G9 or a Lachesis.

I actually just ordered a G9 and a G35 to complete my G15. Gotta love the Logitech. Razer is nice but they should try a sale sometime.

I'm pretty happy with my cheap Logitech headset that wraps around... It's comfortable when wearing a hat!

Ya know, I've considered getting one of the Logitech left hand gaming pads, the G13. I have yet to really be able to really justify it though, except to fill the empty place on my desk. :D

Grindy, are those two rackmount servers on the desk next to you?

In the pictures from the LAN get together, yes. The pictures at my house have two rack mount cases, but those are loaded with guitar equipment.

I have a Microsoft Sidewinder x4. It's cheap compared to most gaming keyboards, has awesome macros, and the glowing red keys are amazing.
