We know you aren't going to believe it 'til you see it, but SCEA has confirmed to our brethren at Joystiq that PlayStation Home will hit the US market before 2009 dawns. In the words of PS Home director Jack Buser: "We've been saying it will launch by the end of calendar year 2008, and that's getting very, very close." He continued by affirming that "launch is imminent," but stopped short of giving us a date to mark down in our calendars. Tick, tock.

Yes! I'm definitely excited for this. The beta's been really cool.

Arent they doing something in PS Home tonight on Attack of the Show?

I wonder what will Sony do on Christmas day, adn I cant go back to HOME until New Years :(
 
Not gunna lie, HOME is more fun than I expected it to be. Sure not that many places to go as of right now but, everyone is very friendly and the bowling alley is alot of fun.

I havent tried it because I was waiting for the soot to settle (isnt that the phrase?)

But ultimately, I guess since you said it was fun I should try it. lol. I just need a headset, but I guess no one has headsets?

Yeah, I haven't had chance to bowl yet. :-\

But Home has definitely been more fun than I expected also. I was just thinking it'd be like a lobby you could invite people to and such..being your "home"...but all these people gathering in all these places is really cool.
 
So I decided to go on HOME just now. Went to the Theater and what are they screening? Resident Evil Degeneration!!!! I have no idea if it's the full film but, for people like Mega, this is a great Christmas present.

Nevermind... It's like the first 5 minutes of the movie.... Way to get all your hopes up...
