PS3 on the rise?

Uh...so what? I was asking if MGS4 was ever supposed to come out this month.

It sounded like you were being sarcastic like: "Oh really, wasn't MGS4 supposed to out this month, derka derka."

Sorry. No, MGS4 was supposed to be released in March I don't really know anymore I haven't really kept up to date with it lately.
 
It kinda had to do better, it was doing pretty horribly before. Being consistently beaten out by every other system month to month.
 
Sure, but it's still lagging behind overall, so it needs to stay ahead by a good chunk for a long time to really catch up.
 
Well, you can't expect it to close a 10 million console sales gap in a month, but it's now outselling most of its competition, which is a huge step towards catching up to the 360 and the Wii.

This generation's console war is reminding me of the war between the Genny and the SNES. The Genesis came out first, so it got a big lead on the SNES, but eventually, the SNES caught up and eventually overtook it. I can see this very easily happening this generation between the 360 and PS3.

360, yes, the 360 pretty much has one region of sales. Wii, it's still behind monthly, however small, so if thing stay the way they are, it won't pass it. Once it starts getting twenty, thirty thousand a month over the Wii, then yeah.

You have to remember fhq, there wasn't a single big game out for the PS3 this month, and it still almost beat out the Wii, which got NMH, and Brawl on the horizon. When more big games come, later this year, there will undoubtedly be a sales boost.

The same cannot be said for the Wii because they're already selling every Wii they can produce.

And like you said later, every Wii was still sold. You can't sell more than what is out.

But they can make more on a monthly basis.
 
I think with the Blu-ray deal, it will be on the rise... I am sure people had doubts (like me) regarding the Blu-Ray format.

I may have a PS3... but I don't and won't have many games for it... Just Socom games, resistance... and friggin life stealing call of duty 4 :lol
