PSP, Anyone?

None of them are good, and they can't measure up to console games.
*glances at Meteos* How about Castlevania DS being infinitely better than the more recent console Castlevania? Super Mario 64 DS improving on 64? Phantom Hourglass beating Twilight Princess? Chains of Olympus? Pokemon?

1. Meteos is amazing, I'll give you that.
2. Castlevania is basically a dead series.
3. No it didn't, nothing can beat an analog stick. :lol
4. Doesn't take much.
5. Coming out on PS2 probably.
6. They are all the same.

Yeah, no.

Wasn't hard to play at all, but I guess adding 30 Stars means it makes it worse.
4. Doesn't take much.
My point still stands.
5. Coming out on PS2 probably.
Proving my point again. A game good enough to be directly ported from a handheld to a console? It must suck!
6. They are all the same.
Except Colosseum, XD, and BR all sucked.

THOSE ARE EVEN WORSE!!!! :lol
And all on consoles. You just admitted, once again, that handheld Pokemon games are better.
And about the God of War thing, they are porting it because the PS2 controller is better than PSP.
Shockingly, in the last five minutes, it still hasn't become a console game.

i agree with the god of war thing but i disagree with portables not being worth playing...i would have died of boringness a long time ago without a DS... besides i want like 8 DS games right now, so don't go and say they don't have games.

I half-agree with that statement. Because of the technology, games developed on handhelds have considerably less to work with than home consoles. So handheld games don't have quite potential of console games. That being said, there are still man great handheld games.

Are you kidding me? Oh wait, a series must be dead if it can as many games as it has, eh?
21 and a 22nd is being worked on, so obviously, it's been long dead.

Exactly. Oh, about all Pokemon being the same thing. Who cares if it's the same? It still sells millions (Cherry can we have the sales for Diamond and Pearl please). Give us more awesome Pokemon and moves and we'll be fine.

Second best selling franchise ever.
(Cherry can we have the sales for Diamond and Pearl please).
15 million+ easily. "As of December 31, 2007, Pokémon Diamond and Pearl combined have sold 14.17 million copies worldwide."

besides pokemon mistery dungeon is a little innovation and a change for the series (even though is a spin-off).

Don't forget Mystery Dungeon 2(coming out in a month) and Ranger 2(still no date here, I think).

That doesn't even make sense.
Chains of Olympus(handheld) can stand up to God of War I/II(console). I really can't make it any simpler.

Can you two ever agree on anything? I understand that lively debate is interesting, but keep it at that. No insults.

Okay, back on topic.

PSP? I have no desire to get one right now. I guess it's because my house saturated with handhelds that none get played on a constant basis.

That and battery life would be annoying for me. It takes seven hours to fly from where I live to where my family is. And that's with the layovers factored in because I like to walk around airports. That means a handheld must get at least that in battery life regardless on whether I am playing it constantly or sporadically. Yes, the DS does drain when off. Every electronic device does. Put a battery on the ground and the life will get sucked out faster. Windy day with a battery? Yep. It draws too. It doesn't draw nearly as fast as the PSP. That would get annoying being I play handhelds almost constantly when on vacation during downtime.

Games? I have a ton of PS2 games that seem to have spin-offs or direct ports to the PSP. So this is a turn-off for me too. But still, I can't say that "the PSP sucks" because of that. Or any reason.

I guess you can say I am indifferent towards the PSP.
