There's some rumors flying around the net about this. Any thoughts? If Sony uses an in-game player, similar to real-player and such, I don't think much legal action can be taken, but who knows.
Personally I find an in-game soundtrack to be useless. You want music when you game turn on your computer or stereo or are people too lazy to do that nowadays?
It's kinda trivial... I mean I support MS over Sony 24/7, but thats pretty unimportant. Custom soundtracks are overrated usually, a simple stereo/cd player/iPod/ anything else works just as well.
