I think he meant Doom I. Doom 3 definitely freaked me out. So did Dead Space. Damn eerie space monster atmosphere! :lol

SH3 was freaky. Nice game though. Pyramid Head scares me to no end though.

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem on the Gamecube.

But Bioshock was kind of scary in its own way.
