I am very Disappointed about the game Shadow the Hedgehog. First of all it has the same graphics as Sonic Adventure 2 battle witch is an old game and ails to live up to its pedigree due to terrible controls, an uncooperative camera, and an overall lack of effort.
 
No, it doesn't, it uses the same graphic engine as Sonic Heroes actually.

The Camera, has always been an issue with the 3D sonic games...The Controls? No I disagree, it's pretty simplistic...

the only problem I have with it, is the extremely weak 2 player mode...no originality what so ever...

The Single player mode is worth it however

Oh and finally, the $49.99 price tag is a joke, it should be $19.99
 
This game's been out a while now here and I never noticed 'till recently. It's a shame how Sonic games get poor publicity now. :'(
 
Nothing can, it's like Coke Vs. Diet Coke...it's just not gonna get prettier and will forever be an ugly battle...except you can't drink a Sonic.....unless you're at Sonic Fast Food places...which serves delicious Gingerbread flavored milk shakes (for a limited time only!)

the game is retarded there is no lock on target with your gun so it makes that concept completely useless

as for CARS,MOTORCYCLES??? WTF???

the whole point to sonic games is to run thought the levs at fast speeds?
 
exactly, it's rather tastleless and really defeats the purpose of Shadow being "The Ultimate Weapon" as he has claimed in two games already...:(
 
Yup, the reviews tore it up...but the fans actually gave it at least 30 to 35% more...compared to most scores...which I found to be odd...
 
forced 80's rock..yeah I remember reading that.....apparently this reviewer didn't like rock and/or roll....was abused as a child...and forced to watch PBS and the 5 o clock news for 20 years....

I was interested until I saw the rating of the game.... I thought it looked cool.... but I expected a lot more from the title I guess :-\
I still want to play it, but I doubt I'll buy it anymore...

Rent it I'd say. I've been dying to play it as well, I only played the 2 player mode with my little cousin, but he wouldnt let me play the main game... the lil butt monkey

My nephew wouldn't let me try one of his GBA games...  until I said.... hey... remember who lets you play the Gamecube 0:)

So what I did was I went out and bought Sonic Mega Collection PLUS for my Xbox right? he says "Heyyy why did you buy that when I got it on PS2?" and I said "Uh because it's for me..." pwnage...
