Hey guys I was on gamestops site yesterday and I thought you might want to know they have released date of Oct. 13 for Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. :)

I'm going to say Wii, since it has more interaction and a better fear factor. Only if the control setup is just right.

As for myself, I'm buying the PS2 and Wii edition because I'm crazy like that and I need to complete my collection ::D

I think I'll get the PS2 version. I can't imagine it being easy to play on the Wii. Still, I think I will rent the Wii version.

Well using the flashlight and his camera phone might be easier with the Wii controls. Yet I can't wait regardless :D

I think the Wii will probably be the best version seems like there designing special features for it. I will be buying only the PS2 version at least to begin with because I don't own a Wii and I'm not entirely sold on this whole noncombat survival horror idea if like it I'll get the psp version later on.

The game has been delayed until November 3rd. HOWEVER pre-order bonus is the SOUNDTRACK CD! I will be on this like a chainsaw on nurses!

I really wished they had chainsaw in the game that and a shotgun. :'(

Yeah the drastic change in gameplay will be odd. Yet it feels more like an original survival horror game, much like Clock Tower, "D", Siren, or Alone in the Dark from the early days of survival horror. Relying on your environment and wits to get out of the situation than shooting everything in sight.

Relying on your wits wheres the fun in that I wanna shoot me some hell spawn. :p

Siren was an alright game although after Clock Tower 3 and Haunting Ground I do have some serious doubts as to how well this game is going to turn out.

This trailer rocks so hard. Nice montage video, with a brand new song, called "When You're Gone". Silent Hill 3 fans, will recognize her voice and rejoice. Release: Dec 8th on Wii.
 
I hate to say it but if what I have been reading about this game is true my gut says it's not going to be very good and is probably based on a pretty flawed concept.
