SILENT HILL: Shattered Memories for Wii, PS2, and PSP! Released: Dec 8th

I wish Sony would pay more attention to releasing titles for the "PS3",instead of still crankin' out "PS2" titles.I guess in all fairness, not everyone has a "PS3",I just Sony would work on getting out lots of "RPG'S" for the "PS3" which cost me $599.00.

Godspeed.

Sony is not the one making this game for the PS2 Konami is... 3rd parties believe the PS2 still has some to offer so they still develop for it

Kaz, don't you have the PS3 that plays PS2 games? So why worry?
I just think they should focus on the "PS3" and let the "PS2" die.It has an awesome collection of titles, but it's time to move on. :)

i disagree, personally i like the fact that the PS2 is still being supported

On the contrary. I think it's very wise of Sony to still bring some new games for the PS2. It is still VERY popular and still very much alive. Why treat it like it's dead when it has such a strong fanbase?

When they make a deal to bring out another sequel to "Star Ocean TTOT",or "DQ 8" for the "PS2" then I won't complain.

Oh ok so if it's a game you don't like you complain, but you're totally ok with it if it's something you like? That's not really fair. Silent Hill is an extremely popular series and it's awesome they are giving back to the fans. Have you ever played a Silent Hill game?

Yes. :D

As far as the reason why the decided to go with the Wii, PS2, PsP rather than the PS3 and xbox 360 I think it probably had to with the fact this game is different than other Silent Hill games they probably figure that it was better to go with a cheaper series of system introduce the new gameplay.

Also PS2 release aren't really issue anymore anyways look at the new PS2 releases over at gamefaqs after Silent Hill: Shattered Memories you have Major League Baseball 2K10, and Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love in March. So it seems from here on out all Ps2 games will fall probably into one of 3 categories sports games, Japanese titles that they made acouple years ago and psp games that they decided to port.

I hate to say it but if what I have been reading about this game is true my gut says it's not going to be very good and is probably based on a pretty flawed concept.

Wtg man! Why'd you have to curse a cursed game! :lol Here's the review, yet the reviewer missed a large chunk apparently according to the "reader's reviews"

Okay first what does Wtg mean.
And what can I say I'm not afraid of my own shadow if I was maybe this game would be enough to scare me. :D

Also just to clarrify I do still plan on getting this game eventualy once the Psp and Ps2 versions come out althought now I'm debating whether or not I should wait to get a used copy.

Hidden Easter eggs are found close to the end of the game. You run into an abandoned movie theater to find some familiar Konami faces
