Sonic and the Secret Rings!

Been waiting for this game forever, and the release date seems very unclear. The official site says 2-23-07. It was originally coming out today, and after getting of the phone with gamestop, the game should be in tomorrow. The wait is killing me. The game had been receiving good reviews, and has been called the best sonic game this decade. That's no saying too much considering the garbage sonic games that have been produced as of late. But it sound like the sonic team is starting to turn things around. Hopefully I will get the game tomorrow so I can give my opinion. Does anyone else plan on getting this game? ;D
 
Count me in! I definitely want this baby, I hope it brings Sonic back in action! Im not even gonna mention that PS3/360 blunder...
 
Yea mega I agree, lets put the previous sonic bombs behind us.

A little update: I recived a call from Gamestop saying that my copy will arrive tommorow at noon. So that means when I get out of school at 12:40, its ALL MINE :D :D ;D :D
 
Its pretty solid, the only thing that takes a while, is the control learning curve. The game forces you to finish training before you start the real game.

The presentation is actually good, a very traditional Sonic game. Controlling Sonic is close to driving a car in this game.
 
I have to say at some points the Graphics can be STUNNING. There are also some HUGE levels that can take up to 10 min to finish. The only part that is not great about the game, is the mini games. I feels like they were thrown in at the last minute, but some of them are decent. I am really enjoying the game :D

The one where you CANNOT knock over a vase is a bit tense.
