My father might give me his old computer.If he does,when I hook it up will I have to change my current E-Mail address I use now to a different one?Can I just connect the one he gives me into my existing modem?Or is there some special procedure to follow.I think we both use the same internet provider,it's just we live in a family home with me and my brother living upstairs,and my folks living downstairs.Our phone numbers are different,does this matter?Being an internet rookie I don't know what the actual procedure involves.Help! :lol
