Tales of Vesperia coming to PS3 (Told You! Edition)

Japan wasn't confused :lol They knew what system is going to be on, it was the fans that demanded it to be on PS3.

It's happened before, just like Tales of Symphonia, it was ported to PS2. Simply supply and demand.

Japan receiving costume packs that are beyond a "Namco Museum" level of funny.

The latest costumes to hit the PlayStation 3 version of Tales of Vesperia in Japan draw from Namco Bandai favorites like Soulcalibur, IDOLM@STER, Klonoa, Tekken, Family Stadium and more. They're due to hit the Japanese PlayStation Store this week for a mere 300 yen each, a small price to pay for a Mr. Driller outfit.
