A bigger SPOOKY Halloween shock to you all, the N-Gage was somehow...STILL ALIVE ::D Well don't fear people of EGA! The beast is dead!

RIP you poor misunderstood creature of a portable console..
 
So did anybody here ever actually play this thing or know somebody who had one? I seriously don't know anybody who did. Maybe that should be a lesson not to try to enter the handheld game when the competition is already locked!
 
I still have a sealed copy of "Sonic N" for N-Gage...yeah...only game I own that's still sealed.. :lol It was $3..

True, Sega did make one amazing title for the N-Gage called "Pocket Kingdom"..I remember many magazines praised it. There was even a King of Fighters made for it as well.
 
RPG with online I think. similar to Ogre Battle.

I remember playing Sonic N and a Madden game. The Madden game had a very confusing control setup. I was disappointed with Sonic N being nothing more than a direct port of Sonic Advance 1 from the GBA (Except no Chao Garden)
 
I got to test it when it first came out and I still worked at GameStop.

It sucked. I'm amazed there were people who liked it. The second design was a little better (you didn't have to take out the battery to change games) but when there were systems like the DS and PSP, the N-Gage was a waste of time and money. And the few games that came out on them and were good...well you can probably play them on other systems by now.

You have just sold an N Gage by mentioning those two games. xD
 
Back when I was a freshman in high school, we had to do a report on a piece of upcoming or new technology. I did mine on the N-Gage, and at the time, it sounded like the ultimate phones for gamers (granted it was a few months before it actually released).

It's hard to believe I thought it was cool at the time.
