Square Enix announced its Unreal Engine 3 powered RPG The Last Remnant will be hitting Xbox 360 worldwide in winter 2008.

interesting, i've been putting my eye on this game since it was announced :D
 
I want to hopefully land this eventually on PS3, or maybe hopefully buy it to play on my friends 360. The story sounds most interesting.
 
I don't really like the character design.

But, it looks like it has an interesting battle system. I hope there will be a demo so I can try it out.

Nah, I'm just waiting for FFX and FFXIII. Their side projects (Last Remnant and Infinite Undiscovery) just seem very mediocre to me.

they are not exactly side-projects... and just because they don't have FF written on them i don't think they should be called mediocre in fact is better to experience them first (like with The world ends with you)
 
Infinite Undiscovery was a very weird concept that turned out to possibly hurt the companies image, honestly.

Last Remnant seemed to receive very positive response for perhaps being innovative but has now just turned out to be..instead of controlling 3 to 4 members of your party, you know control 3 to 4 seperate "squads".

I am all for Last Remnant though as it looks and sounds cool, but with this shift slice to neck on the PS3 delay, I am now just also like strubes waiting for FFXIII and Versus XIII.

Hate to bring it up, but it seems to me you're just bashing the 360 titles without even trying them, while continuing to praise PS3 ones.
 
What are you talking about, I am getting Last Remnant on the 360. What would be the point of bashing the 360 when I play it?

I didnt download Tales of Vesperia demo for the sake of praying to the gods of the heavens that it mystically appears on the PS3 when I can easily buy it for the 360.

I was just indicating that the delay of the Last Remnant on PS3 couldnt have come at a much worst time. Ive been waiting for it for years. Just seems unfair that PS3 people have to wait for it.

Yes, because when The Last Remnant comes to the PS3, I'm going to all of a sudden love it to death. It just doesn't interest me. And I've been neutral as of late with the consoles and their games.
