Keynotes so far:

Windows 7, mobile devices and home networking, while Xbox 360 will barely get a mention.

However: Halo Wars and Halo 3: ODST maybe briefly discussed.

G4 Network will be airing this event LIVE January 8th till 11th.

Biggest rumor so far for this event: THE ZUNE PHONE.
 
Windows 7 BETA this week for those lucky BETA testers, hopefully it doesnt continue to destroy MP3's, lol.

My friend actually had an opportunity to go to CES this year for work (the same guy who made the World9-3 logo). He turned it down for a number of reasons, but I'm pretty sure I've convinced him to jump at the opportunity if he ever gets it again. :D

There's not much that specifically relates to games in there, but there's still a lot of interesting things to see there (such as the link starry posted).
 
I didnt know the organization was headquarted in Alezandria. Regardless, I subscriped to the CES 2009 on twitter as well as one of the people they said would be live updating through the event!

CES will have MadCatz will be showing off the new Street Fighter IV Arcade Sticks, Controllers, Faceplates, and system skins. Also a lovely, Street Fighter IV Wall Scroll.

The Saitek Aviator Flight Stick for 360 and PS3 will be shown as well. So flight sim fans can be finally happy without hunting down another for Ace Combat 6 for 360.

I like the announcement of Sonic Hedgehog on iPhone and iPod Touch by SEGA Mobile yesterday. The Xbox Live PrimeTime was also nice with the 1 vs 100 demo.

The game-show-turned-game-show was briefly demoed during the keynote, ostensibly confirming 102-player support (The One versus the 100-count Mob -- plus one host). Players will be represented by their Avatars and will answer questions "about really, really recent pop-culture," according to Engadget.
