Nintendo just Announced Animal Crossing for the Wii but, the most important thing they announced was the WiiSpeak. Basically, the Wii can now have Voice Chat.

About time they stepped out of the dark ages!

i wanna give this animal crossing a try but only if people buy the game.... you know playing animal crossing alone would get boring for me

Guitar Hero On Tour DECADES for NDS this fall!

It has "Song Sharing" mode, to share between this new one and the previous game!

WiiMotionPlus add-on will be bundled with the brand new "Wii Sports RESORT"

It has a new "Wave Race"-style game included with it!

Man... that was a depressing show. I actually had quite a bit of hope for Nintendo, but that was a dud show.

I agree. I mean, a couple things were cool. I really liked the look of WiiMusic and the new WiiSports, but that's it.

I was really hoping for a new Zelda or Metroid game.

Wii Music could be good, but I'm gonna wait and see. Wii Motion Plus though is what really caught my attention. There's a lot of potential in 1:1 motion. There wasn't any game though that really got me excited. I'm seeing potential in the boatload of peripherals Nintendo is offering, but they're just releasing one after the other instead of giving developers time to learn how to use them.

Oh, and, in the Fallout 3 demo everyone was so excited about, you can tell they changed VATS around specifically for that demo. They made basically everything a one hit kill, regardless of how unlikely it was to score a hit. I don't think we'll quite see that much carnage when we get the game because you won't have every shot disintegrating, or even hitting your enemy. No reason to be any less excited over the game though. I just wish I could have learned a bit more about VATS like what happens if you actually miss.

Nintendo's show was super lack-luster. This is the first year I am disappointed with Nintendo. Seriously, WTH Nintendo...

"What Sony has to do now that they are following the heels of Ninte... Microsoft from yesterday is show the big games" <-- best line said on G4

It's getting ugly between the fanbois, but wow what a line.

Drop it. You don't count the PC as a platform, Frodus does, no one else wants to hear about it.

In other news... did anyone else think Fallout 3 was heavily "influenced" by Bioshock? While the game looks far more expansive than Bioshock I couldn't help but think the same formula was applied in making the game. American 1950's aesthetic + apocalyptic setting + moral decisions + RPG attribute system + ridiculous amount of ways to kill enemies = the premise and concept for both games. :lol

Hey anything that plays like BioShock, SIGN ME UP :lol

Sony follows up with their conference with the opening to...

RESISTANCE 2

This massive creature, about the size of Godzilla, throws Nathan around like a rag doll, but luckily had a lovely Rocket Launcher to shoot at it's mouth...amazing... and LITTLEBIG PLANET

Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty.

Picks up shortly after the first game and this one is a bit shorter than the previous. Since it's a Downloadable game from the PS Store and will cost $14.99!!

Playstation HOME looks incredible, you can even launch games from it. Almost like an interacte room, similar to "DOA4's Create-A-Room" feature imho.
