Right now I'm playing on the 3rd hardest difficulty and I am up to the Sewers map in No Mercy.

One funny thing ive noticed is that every time i pass through that fast good place in the Sewer map the Boomer is always there :lol.

My final thorts on this game though fankickingasstastic (excuse the french :P).

The one boss thats caused me the most trouble so far is the Boomer That fatty is sick 24/7 -_-.

Coolest moment so far seeing a flaming Tank charge towards me such a adrenalin rush ::D :D.

Any one who would like a game some time just PM me and ill tell you my Steam ID so you can "befriend" me on Steam :D.

Right well just thort i would quickly post a little tidbit of my experience so far back to blowing heads off mental people with rabies aka infected.

OMG the finals are the hardest thing since running.

Ive died 3 times so far all of them because of them damn Tanks and my team mates all they seem to be doing is standing in one spot and shooting they are very frustrating to work with >:(.

I'm on steam occasionally. My ID is Nova225.

So many people are playing versus it's ridiculous. I once wanted to take a break and do the No Mercy campaign on advanced. It eventually gave up looking for a lobby and hosted one for me, and nobody came for 5 minutes straight.

Not that there's anything wrong with versus. It's epic.

It's cool. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay on for too long. I'll see if I can jump on again. Either way, I'll be on for most of this week.

Well i almost beat the No Mercy final but all my team died.

Trying to run away and fight a throng of infected litrely by your self is one of the most hopeless feelings ive probley ever felt in a video game and trying to run away while you here all these screams and rapid foot steps right being you probley one of the most unnerving feelings ive felt in a video game especially when they are all rapidly surrounding you.

Mind you i probley would have beaten No Mercy already if the survivor bots actualy acted like a team instead of individuals.

For some reason that reminded me of when MC Chris compared KHII to RE4.

I heard Tycho from Penny Arcade speak briefly about Left 4 Dead, denouncing it mostly, and I hate to say I'm inclined to agree with him.

For some reason when I hear about people playing this game, or even when I'm in the same room playing it with them, I'm convinced we're playing two separate games. It might be that they understand it on a level I don't at all, because there are many things about the game I find cumbersome. I think its a good example of concept over execution: teaming up with real people to fight off zombie hordes as you attempt to get rescued sounds awesome, but when you have to filter that concept through the gameplay Valve has created I think it falls short of the mark.

I don't think the game is bad, mostly because everyone else seems to be really enjoying it, so they've managed to do something right. I guess right now I just don't "get it." Maybe once I get some time I'll sit down with it again and give it another shot, because it really feels like I'm missing something. ::D

Here's the thing I see, Stealth. Getting a DECENT group of people to play is the big issue here. Most people I play with.... 2 out of 5 are just goofing off....as for me, Spartan, Cherry, and Frodus. We are a very determined and I have to say that is the best time I have played with to date.

My 360 team consist of my boss, myself, an ex-co-worker, and my other co-worker. One is a crazed Halo 3 fan and insane with a sniper rifle. My boss is a super-health guy, myself, I'm the brute force, and my co-worker plays defense....

For those who feel like it's falling short, I think it's the fact that having to wrap around the concept here. Sticking together as a TEAM at ALL TIMES. Is one of the most original concepts for this FPS. Since most FPS you can split up and clean out a room by 2 at a time or 1 person at a time. However, L4D is the scenario, where you are punished greatly for leaving your team behind and honestly feels more realistic.

Just like Gears of War 2, you can't be a big bad GI Joe unless someone's got your back or someone's at your side. It takes 2 to tango, but 4 to make a good plan.

That Penny Arcade guy is gonna get tanked if I see him again! ::D
