Translating Video Game Cartridges

Hi All!

I wasn't sure what category to put this in,so I picked what I thought would be the best one for this bizarre question.Is there software you can buy to translate original NES games from Japanese into English,or is it just not worth the effort?

I ask this because a friend has a copy of "Super Mario Bros. 3" that's in Japanese.

Does Super Mario 3 have enough to make it even worth translating? I don't think any part of the game really requires explanation or much reading at all.

Yeah, Mario 3 is in English...some of the places and names of worlds are changed a bit, but not much (Yet it's written in english)
