This just came to me but, why not have like a game of the week/month. Every week/month someone writes about a game that is interesting and such. Each game will be presented by someone different chosen by the mods and such.

Not true at all. The video will not load until you press "play". The youtube embed feature is pretty standard stuff for modern day forums now. The forum I moderate and work for has had this function for a year or two now. It causes no problem at all. You only see the video if you want to press "play".
