What Was The Worst Injury You've Ever Had?

darn that would have hurt like hell because don't fire ant bites burn really bad?
 
My son fell off the toilet one afternoon and busted his face on a ceramic garbage can. Earned him six stitches for that. The summer before, he was trying to catch frogs in the pond and fell in. Came in stinking bad.

Last summer both my older kids got into some cayenne pepper and got it in their eyes. Two days later my oldest daughter repeated the same feat.

One time I was helping one of my dad's friends change the water pump in the shop service truck. He was tightening down the last of the belts and I hit the horn. He hit his head. I laughed. The end.
 
Nothing too horrible. Had my head split a few times, fractured some fingers, and normal wear and tear. Never even broke a bone. My worst injuries came from surgery. A big nasty hole inside my cheek leading to my jaw bone {to remove a tumor}. So that was fun having a big gaping hole in my mouth for a few months! lol

Last I checked, fingers had bones in them.
 
Last time I checked, a fractured bone is not the same as a broken bone.

I got hit in the left eye with a baseball. I blacked out for a second and almost broke the bone around the eye socket. Lol my face was swollen for a week. I got lucky though, it managed to just barely miss my actual eye.
 
I feel like a wuss saying it, but the time I stubbed my big toe. I just about passed out from how it ripped off my nail in the process. It took a long time to heal, too. It didn't help that I bumped it accidentally while it was still healing.
 
Ouch, reminds me of when a flatbed cart at Sam's Club ran over my big toe. (It's still black and nasty >.<)
