What'd you eat for Christmas?

I know I'm a day early but the topic is actually what'd you eat for Christmas Eve and/or Christmas. Since I have to work tomorrow we had our big feast today. Started the morning with an overdose of snicker doodles, then I had a huge reuben sandwich for lunch. For dinner we had eggs benedict {seriously, best thing ever!}, and then topped it off with some homemade fudge. I also had a big bag of beef jerky in between meals :D

I had a half a turkey sandwich to tide myself over til dinner. Then we had ham, brisket, potato casserole, potato au gratin, cole slaw, some bean dish thing, and rolls. I made the potato dishes and they were a hit! :D I was scared I'd be stuck with like 10 lbs worth of potato dishes x.x

Today I ate a chocolate mint protein bar for breakfast. I had chocolate poptarts on my break. For lunch I ate a BLT. Dinner was an amazing crunchy bean burrito from Taco Bell. Then I just ate some olives. I'm such a bad eater. :lol

Tomorrow we're having french toast casserole for breakfast and pizzas for either lunch or dinner.

Sounds awesome Aleeock!

Taco Bell? I haven't had that in so long. But omg I am craving it now! Hopefully tomorrow the fam will bring back home some bbq meatballs and little smokies from the party. I'm ready for one more day of indulgence.

Nothing.

I had food poisoning on thursday and have been reduced to apple sauce and slices of bread since. But thanks for rubbin it in. :lol

Sorry to hear that Stealth!

Anyway, I figured I'll burn up some eggs and pancakes in the morning, and whatever for lunch. My wife has something big planned for dinner in the form of yard bird.

Although applesauce does sound tasty... :lol

Christmas Eve, I had turkey and dressing with gravy, greenbeans, cream style corn, cranberry sauce(shaped like a can), hot rolls, and sweet potatos with the toasty marshmellow thingy on top. Some type of cherry cake pie thing for desert and cake.

For Christmas day it will be homemade chicken salad (like the green grapes in that) with captian crackers, a light meal. Maybe some desert, cake. Big eats has always been on Christmas Eve for us. :)

Today we had ham, scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole, mac and cheese, and some other dishes that didn't look very good to me. :lol

I had shrimp with angel hair pasta at my parents' house on Christmas Eve with some great Robert Mondavi merlot.

I had some turkey, mashed potato, stuffing/dressing, and assorted other goodies with my girlfriend's family today.

I had salmon and other goodies... Frickin too many M&M w/ pretzels and sugar cookies though...

†B†V† :hat

Yup. Yard bird, cranberry sauce (never realized the labels are upside down on the cars!) greens and some other stuff. Like stuffing. Biscuits were not made because we forgot to pick up some stuff to make them.

Roast. Nom. And thousands of crescent rolls... you can't go wrong with the crescent rolls.

I would've had apple pie at my mom's house, but I was sick all over Christmas weekend. :(

Hi Stace welcome to the forum! You're right, crescent rolls are amazing, and I just realized we didn't have them for either Thanksgiving or Christmas. There's something wrong with that...
