Holy freaking crap. Its outselling the 360 25:1 and the PS3 4:1. :o

I doubt it will make a difference. Japan just really hates Microsoft for some reason. Even though its getting more RPG's right now (which is pretty big in the Japanese market), its losing.
 
Theyre just jealous because microsoft is an american company! ok i cant back that up....
 
Japan = loves Nintendo, hates American based products. Not very surprising. We blew the crap outta them for something they did a while ago, and they've been mad ever since. Kind of like the bully at school who gets mad when he gets bullied.

Actually thats only in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. But in most areas we are loved by the Japanese
 
Umm they bombed Pearl Harbor so they knew they had it coming. I dont think the Japs hate america though so lets not make this a Japan vs. USA debate mmmk

Let's ignore the fact that Japs is considered by some(if not all) people to be a racist comment, and we're left with you saying America hates Japan for Pearl Harbor. Remind me, what was the year of the bombing?

I really don't know, some people just say it is. As for the rest, I totally confused myself.
 
41' was a while ago, but it's not like we're going to forget 9/11 in 50 years. We're still going to have that animosity towards those who did it. The Japanese have never been supportive of American-based products and that's just a fact we're going to have to face. So all in all, is anyone really surprised by this?
 
But with America, animosity=racism. For the most part. We don't hate the terrorists, we hate the people who live in the Middle East, because they're 'all terrorists'.

In some other weird news about domination in Japan, we found out how important Final Fantasy is to the Japanese market, helping the PSP outsell the DS Lite 5:1 and the Wii 10:1 the week Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings came out.
 
Microsoft should spend tons of money(we know they can, even with their major loss in the last five years) just to buy FFXIII rights. It'd help the 360 in Japan.
 
Of course they have the money, but it's a lot harder than you may think. The 360 doesn't really need Japan to succeed though. I live in America. I'm glad with what I have here in America. That's like me being mad that Starbucks doesn't sell too well in Japan. :lol
 
No, it pretty much needs Japan to succeed. That's why it probably can't win is because it has low Japanese sales, and Japan is a pretty big gaming region, even now.
