Wii killed the Arcade! (Namco Bandai blames Wii for 50 Arcades shut down in JPN)

Arcades have been disappearing for well over ten years, did the N64 kill arcades, too?

Arcades are still big in Japan so this really is a hit once you think about it.
 
Man, I remember the days of the arcade. A roll of quarters equalled a full Saturday of gaming and not being home. :'(
